| Dr. Fulton is the Director of Police Psychology for the San Francisco Police Department, and the Officer in Charge of the Behavioral Science Unit. As a police officer he has performed duties as a Patrol officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant and Director. He was the Commanding Officer of a multi-disciplinary team that combined police officers and mental health professionals that responded to mentally ill persons in the San Francisco community. He is on the POST Advisory Committee on Mental Illness and Developmental Disabilities, and holds Command, Supervisory, Advanced, Intermediate and Basic California Commission’s POST Certificate. |
