Clinical, Academic, and Research Experience:

    Dr. Minagawa is an adjunct faculty member at San Diego State University in the Departments of Psychology and Public Health. He is also an expert case reviewer and commissioner for the California Board of Psychology. He is a senior scientist at the Navy Health Research Center in San Diego, and is currently involved in research projects focusing on substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, and the use of video technology in education. Dr. Minagawa has been a presenter at the National Academy of Neuropsychology, the California Center for Judicial Education and Research, the Commonwealth Club of California, and the White House. He currently maintains a thriving private practice in forensic and clinical psychology, with offices in San Diego and San Jose, California.
