Text - information is presented primarily in text format, with graphics (slides or pictures), video clips, and links interspersed throughout the course. Graphics/Video - by clicking on the thumbnail of the slide or video, you can cause the slide to enlarge, or the video clip to run. Links - information from other sources are available throughout the course. By clicking on the link, a box will open to that website to add to your learning experience.

Ten to fifteen multiple choice questions are given at the end of every hour of course material. Each question requires a correct response before the next question can be given. In the case of an incorrect response, the participant is returned to the course for review. The information required to answer the question correctly can be found on this review page. At the end of thirty seconds, the participant can return to the test to respond to the missed item.
