Rahn is the president and CEO of ProDev.
He received his doctorate in clinical psychology from
the University of Southern California in 1983, and completed
a post-doctoral fellowship in child and adolescent psychology in 1989.
He served on active duty in the US Navy from 1983 to 1995, and is a
Commander in the Naval Reserves.

Rahn is very active in the field of psychology.
He is a Behavioral and Social Scientist Volunteer (BSSV) and
HIV Office of Psychology Education (HOPE) Trainer with the APA.
He is a senior scientist at the Naval Health Research Center where he has conducted research into high risk behaviors and injury prevention.
Rahn has also been very involved with the California Board of Psychology,
serving as an oral commissioner, item writer, and expert case reviewer.

Rahn's greatest claim to fame, however, is that he is
owned by Tucker, the wonder dog!
