Sam is the secretary and CFO of ProDev.
He received his juris doctor from the
University of San Francisco School of Law in 1976.
He was admitted to the California State Bar, U.S. District Court,
Northern District of California and U.S. Court of Appeals,
Sixth and Ninth Circuits in 1979 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1987.
He is a partner in the firm of Davila and Polverino, specializing
in Criminal Defense Litigation in State and Federal Court.

Sam's greatest claim to fame is his association with Eight Ball,
the Magical Dog and great friend to Tucker, the Wonder Dog!
