Felix is the head of the Law Enforcement Division of ProDev.
He is a member of the San Diego Police Department's Street Gang Unit,
and is the author of "The Parents Guide to Street Gangs."
He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as a Drill Instructor
before joining the San Diego Police Department.
He has been a guest lecturer for the following organizations:
Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and
California Commission on Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST).
He is an instructor at Miramar College, and is the
editor of "The Gang Source," a monthly newsletter.

Felix's greatest claim to fame is that he the
head of security for Tucker, the Wonder Dog!
